Triple sliders bring you to the spacious covered patio which is 20 by 11 ft for outdoor entertaining. The Lucia features a breakfast nook nestled back in the kitchen with three windows. The home features double front entry doors which is usually only seen in the Vintage and Crown Collections. The covered entry has a nice outside front patio which can hold two chairs and relax under cover. The foyer features the standard 9ft ceilings which are throughout the home. The laundry room offers space for a full size washer/dryer and optional laundry sink and can be accessed through the garage.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house which is also where the laundry room is. The L shaped kitchen with kitchen island opens to the great room and the dining room is at the back side of the house featuring 3 large windows. Four sliders from the great room access the 200 sq. ft covered/screened patio. The Sierra model features a foyer with an 11 ft to 12 ft coffered ceiling and a single door with glass sidelight. The garage entrance into the house opens into the foyer instead of going through a laundry room.

Monacello

The Monacello Model is 2,136 sq. ft under air and 3,051 total sq. ft which puts it in size similar to some of the Signature Collection homes by GL. It features the standard 2 bedroom with optional den/3rd bedroom but has a powder room located between the kitchen and den. This model features a U shaped kitchen that opens to the great room and triple sliders which access the covered outside patio which is 20 by 12ft. The dining room is tucked away from the great room and is just across from the kitchen. The primary suite is located in the back of the house with standard triple windows and two walk in closets.

The single door with sidelight entrance opens to a standard 9 ft foyer ceiling. The 2 car garage has additional forward space for golf cart or extra storage.
