This allows you to move the couch back away from the TV wall and have enough space to flow through the home. Definitely a big plus for this model. It features the same U shaped kitchen but opens to the great room with the dining room to the side. Instead of triple sliders this model offers 4 sliders going out to the covered patio. The Sandpiper is the only model in the Premier Collection that features a grander foyer with an 11 ft ceiling and a larger covered entrance. The garage also features a small rear bump out for additional storage space.
Sanderling

The Sanderling model is the largest at 1,761 sq. ft and features an L shaped kitchen with a large Island that opens to the great room. This is the only model that doesn’t have triple or 4 sliders on the exterior wall to the patio but has a large exterior triple window instead. The primary suite window looks through the patio which is nearly 20ft long. Featuring 2 walk in closets and dual sinks plus the walk in shower. The foyer entry way has a 9 ft ceiling and than coffered to 10ft as you walk in the home. Similar to the Sandpiper the additional space is in the living space.
