Riverland is the largest and most active 55+ community in the area. New ones are coming up including Catalina Palms at Sundance is the sister community to Riverland being developed by Akel Homes. Inside each community will have the clubhouse and pool but they are adding a smaller fitness center , a few pickleball, Bocce and tennis courts for just your community before they develop the Vitality Village main Sports Club. For those of you looking for a smaller community take a look at Four Seasons at Wylder located in Northern Port St Lucie. Built by K. Hovnanian's homes this community is an active 55+ community in a more quiet area of the city. You are still just a 10 minute ride to the attractions of Port St Lucie. What's unique about Four Seasons is every home backs to a preserve or a body of water. The amenities at Four Seasons of Wylder feature 12 pickleball courts, resort pool and spa plus a fitness center in the clubhouse building.
