PGA Verano in Port St Lucie is an active community with many wonderful amenities and homes first started being built in 2007 and 2008. Built by Kolter Homes a premier builder in South Florida the original design of homes had that popular Mediterranean style with red Barrel tile roofs which has since changed in the newer sections of the community. The Verano South community design is now that more modern look with more white, beige and grey house colors and many going to flat tile roofs.
