Riverland Expands New Amenities to Fitness & Wellness Center
With the announcement of Valencia Vista at Riverland we are expecting GL Homes to renovate and increase our fitness center. We can expect a 50% increase in the fitness center where they are doubling the size of the weights and machines. They are adding additional cardio machines plus new benches and free weight dumbell racks. Riverland will be adding Olympic weight lifting and strength training section. Construction is expected to begin May 4, 2026. We are excited to see the new amenities coming to Riverland Port St Lucie.
Besides the additional increase in the Fitness Center a new amenity is also planned called the Ember & Salt Spa which will be a welcome addition to our Valencia communities. What will be offered in the new spa will be a cold and hot plunge pools which are becoming more popular. Great for relaxing and therapy for those tired muscles from Pickleball or tennis. More amenities are planned including an herbal sauna, rainshowers and aromatherapy steam room. Imagine relaxing in any of these fine areas.
The Himalayan Serentity Lounge will welcome you to the Ember & Salt Spa while waiting for a relaxing massage plus full service manicure and pedicure salon. You will never have to leave the community of Riverland. The final phases of pickleball court expansion is well under way with 8 covered courts and additional Bocce courts as well. It should be ready by Summer. Amenities continue to grow for this active 55+ Riverland community.
Valencia Parc – Riverland
Coming soon to Valencia Parc is the new 38,000 sq. ft clubhouse with the grand opening party May 12, 2026. GL Homes has been busy moving in furniture and the restaurant will be run from the same vendor that operates the Riverfresh Cafe at our Riverland Sports & Racquet Club. We are expecting it to be better than the other previous Valencia communities with a new resort style pool. The pool will have numerous shaded areas plus outdoor areas for the sun gods.
