GL Homes just announced the 5th and newest Riverland community Valencia Vista. Adding to the other communities of Valencia Cay, Valencia Grove, Valencia Walk and Valencia Parc. What’s new in the new community? We expect to see more home elevations including a Modern design, Classic Design and the Resort design. Each offers a unique look to take a way from the cookie cutter designs of most new communities.
Valencia Vista will be the largest Riverland community with over 2,000 homes featuring the same collections but with new designs to the present floorplans. New standard features such as 42″ kitchen cabinets with Quartz counters will now be standard. Many floor plans will now have islands in place of the typical L shaped kitchens in the earlier communities. Upgraded lighting packages and more standard features.
Valencia Vista at Riverland Amenities
GL Homes just announced the West Sports Complex which will be built just behind Valencia Grove. The West Complex will feature Indoor pickleball courts, golf simulators plus outdoor pickleball, tennis and Bocce Courts. With each new community GL continues to improve amenities for this resort style community. This will be a welcome addition to the present expanded amenities.
The Social Club will be 54,000 sq.ft by far the largest social club of any of the Riverland communities. The pool area will be larger, the bar will be nearly double the size and feature a stand alone rectangular bar. You will see more covered lounge areas plus wind sails above areas of the pool and spa. You will also see the restaurant for indoor and outdoor seating plus the sports lounge featuring tournament size billiards plus game tables. There will also be several club rooms plus the entertainment room for parties and shows. We are excited to see the new amenities and clubhouse facilities of the newest community in Riverland.
Early Release Valencia Vista Lots
GL Homes has always had two collections around the Social club water lots. In Valencia Parc you will find Signature and Premier Collections backing to the clubhouse. In the new community all the lots around the clubhouse are now set aside for the largest homes in the Crown Collection. As you enter the community the Regal Collection will be on your right side and the Premier Collection will be on the left. The Signature Collection will be next to the Premier Collection and Villas will be next to them. Across the street the Vintage Collection. Waterfront lots in Riverland are always the most popular and most expensive. Lot premiums will run from $10,000 to over $100,000 and are well worth the extra money.
