GL Homes recently announced the newest addition to the Riverland community. Valencia Vista had their grand opening just a few weeks ago with the usual lottery system lot choices. Yes, the demand for the Valencia communities by GL Homes attracts so many buyers that they enter you in a lottery to pick your lot choice. There were approximately 100 lots put out to bid and nearly every lot was sold. A great way to learn about this community in the $99 Riverland Stay & Play which offers you 3 days and 2 nights in a model home. You get free use of the facilities including the sports complex offering pickleball, fitness center, lap pools and more. You get to try out the club restaurant and resort pool here at Valencia Walk where the model homes are. The experience is well worth the $99 fee and definitely a must do. Valencia Vista – New Models, New Standard features, New Options
What you will find in the Riverland models are three exterior elevation choices including the Classic, Resort and Modern each with a unique style. The designer kitchens now include a kitchen island in every floorplan with a new selection of upgraded 42″ upper cabinets and Moen Arbor faucets. Full overlay doors and soft closing doors are drawers are now standard. Many floorplans now include coffered ceilings in the living area plus 24″ x 24″ standard porcelain tile in the living areas. Ten additional high-hats in all single family homes plus upgraded designer light fixtures.
In the bathrooms new 24″ x 24″ porcelain tile are now available to match the tile in the living areas. Frameless glass shower doors are now standard in primary baths. New comfort height toilets are now standard in all baths. Single handle faucets are now standard in secondary baths where that used to be an option.
The Vintage and Crown Collections offer enhanced kitchen cabinetry with crown molding, light valance and accent lighting plus upgraded kitchen GE Profile appliances and Moen Align pull down faucet plus upgraded choices on shower tiles. The Crown Collection also features Transom windows(per plan) and a free standing soaking tub in primary bath and a tankless gas water heater.
Valencia Vista Models- Riverland
Luxury Club Villas
Two updated Areca II and Sabal II are changed while the Bismarck and Royal remain the same. Kitchen Islands are now standard in each of these models. Essentially minor changes were made to the Villas. Upgraded cabinets with soft close doors and drawers were really the only upgrade.
Premier Collection
The Premier Collection is the entry level single family home by GL Homes here in Riverland. The four models have stayed the same except they are now emphasized with a II. The big changes are the standard Coffered ceilings in the primary suites and all kitchens designs now feature islands. Some of the foyer ceiling heights were raised in some of the models as well.
Regal Collection
The Regal Collection at Riverland still features 4 models but the Lucia model has been replaced by the new Savona which is a similar sq. footage but has alleviated the casual dining feature and bumped back the primary suite to allow a full patio the length of the home which moved the den/3rd bedroom behind the kitchen.
The Sierra II is basically the same floorplan but flipped. The other floorplans have now added kitchen islands, Coffered ceilings in the primary suites and living rooms plus taller foyer ceilings. Some of the primary baths have been redesigned as well.
Signature Collection
The Signature Collection in the Vista has the same 4 models but a new model was added called the Solara. It is the first and only Signature model with a true 3 car garage. Some of the other features are the ceilings have been raised a foot to 10Ft 2 inches throughout and many of the foyers were raised as well. The Atlantica was flipped and the Costa now has a Coffered master suite ceiling while the Bimini primary bath was redesigned. All models now feature Coffered ceilings in the Great room plus updated island configurations.
Vintage Collection
The 4 models from the Parc have been kept plus one new model called the Sophia which is the largest in the Vintage collection at 3,064 sq. ft under air. The Sophia is a 4bedroom plus Den/5th Bedroom. The Vintage Collection in the Valencia Vista sits on wider lots than the Signature Collections so you will see many 3 car garages facing the street. The standard 10ft ceilings remain throughout the living area and garage. The Elena has very few changes that are noticeable while the Caroline and Julia models both have larger islands centered in the kitchen and had the L shaped section of the kitchen counter removed. The Bianca has a squared off Primary suite and the Julia also has a squared off 3rd bedroom. The Madison was flipped. Other than those changes we saw very few features modified.
Crown Collection
The original 4 models from the Valencia Parc are still available with some small changes while a new Lucerne model in Valencia Vista has been announced. It features 4Bd/4Ba plus a Game room. It has an open kitchen into dining area with the game room behind the dining area. The Bellagio had some minor teaks where the primary suite was squared off as was the primary suite and casual dining area in the Carlyle. The Carlyle kitchen received a large island and primary bath was updated. The Michelle has only minor changes by adding transom windows above the primary suite. The Tivoli also received several transom windows above the primary and den areas. The Crown received the least amount of changes as the Signature and Vintage Collections saw the most updates.
Valencia Vista Sports Complex
With the announcement of Valencia Vista GL Homes is proposing a West Sports Complex which will features similar amenities the the present Sports Complex but with other additions such as Indoor Pickleball Courts, Golf Simulators and of course more tennis, Bocce and a new Fitness center. Valencia Vista is also proposing a 50,000+ sq. ft resort clubhouse with the Riverland restaurant and bar plus a resort style pool. Outside the gates of Riverland we continue to see new restaurants, fitness centers, banks and other retail spaces.
