Besides those few amenities you will find an on-site restaurant plus an auditorium which features shows, music bands and much more. Don’t miss out on the sports lounge featuring pool tables, large screen TV’s and a fun place to relax among friends with similar interests. Each Valencia community in Riverland has their own clubhouse.
Riverland Amenities
When GL Homes Riverland decided to build a 55+ active adult community they pulled out all the stops. Besides each community clubhouse they offer the most incredible outdoor sports complex featuring 53 pickleball courts, 15 pickleball courts and Bocce courts all with night lighting. The Riverland sports complex features a pro shop offering equipment plus staff for lessons. The newer section will also feature 7 covered pickleball courts for Summer play.
Along side the courts you will find a 50,000 sq. ft Sports Club featuring fitness center, Aerobics, Pilates, spin and Yoga classes for every level. An indoor Olympic size lap pool plus locker rooms and saunas. The gymnasium is used for Volleyball, Basketball and other sports activities. So many to choose from and always meeting new friends and neighbors from all the Valencia communities.
Outside you will find two more lap pools, a resistance pool and hot tubs to enjoy. The new Riverland Cafe offers a great place to gather after a workout or a massage and enjoy a healthy snack. Getting to the Sports Center by golf cart is the most easy way to access from any of the communities. Use the Paseo which runs between the communities and of course takes you to your local Riverland Publix shopping Center. So when buying a home keep that golf cart garage feature as an option.
Riverland Homes Port St. Lucie
Wow, so many great amenities and activities plus clubs galore. Of course how about the Riverland Homes Port St Lucie options. Valencia Parc is the first community to offer lower priced entry level villas as an option to a single family home. Prices start in the low $300’s for villas and low $400’s for single family homes. With so many Valencia models to choose from your sure to find the perfect Riverland home. From 1,600 to 3,500 sq. ft each floorplan offers unique options and affordability. Some of my must have recommendations are the golf cart garage or three car garage. Having the ability to have two cars and a golf cart is something that you may really want living here. The extended garage is another popular feature which allows pickups to fit in your garage or have the ability to put cabinets or store bikes in your garage. These are probably the two most valuable items during resale.
What’s a home without a view or the option to install your own private pool. Personally I’m a view man and like to see a body of water instead of looking into my neighbors home. Different lots carry various pricing upgrades for lot premiums. Interior features can always be changed. One interior feature I would highly recommend is pocket doors in master closets or baths. Remember the model homes don’t have any doors and some baths you have to squeeze in to close the door.
