The Western section of Port St Lucie offers easy access to I-95 for travel and is still a quiet section of the town. Eastern Port St Lucie has grown and is pretty much built out with older communities back from 2000. Cascades was one of the original 55+ communities built here.
Some of the advantages of living in the area is insurance costs are much less than coastal towns and you have the ability to build new homes.
